FIRE-RATED CLADDING SYSTEM
RitterGuard™ Fire-Proof Membrane is a glass fibre reinforced laminate containing high-grade resins and fillers. The Membrane is a key component of the RitterGuard™ system which has been developed for its fire and smoke properties to meet the requirements of the offshore oil and gas and maritime markets, as well as some of the more stringent onshore oil and gas requirements. The Fire-Proof Membrane contains no halogens and therefore when burnt releases no toxic gases or dense black smoke.
The product is supplied in rolls, in its un-cured state. It is a soft, malleable, easy to use material ready for application. The material can be easily cut to any shape using knives or scissors. Once fully cured the RitterClad™ Fire-Proof Membrane provides high chemical and corrosion protection with enhanced abrasion and impact resistance.
